What we store
Your location preference is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days. Account sessions use a separate cookie. Accounts store your name, email address, and a hashed password. Saved plans contain the information you choose to enter.
Before you create an account
Tool inputs are kept as a temporary draft in your browser’s session storage. If browser storage is unavailable, a temporary server-session draft can preserve your work through sign-in. Drafts expire after 24 hours. Private inputs are not placed in page URLs or the location cookie.
Saved plans
Your results and exports require your account. You can delete a saved plan, or permanently delete your account and its plans from My plans. Exported files are under your control; take care when sharing guest information.
Sponsorship
Sponsored listings are selected by relevant service and region. When you request vendors for a saved budget, your selected service budget and quantity are used within this site to match vendor-reported packages, including clearly labeled sponsored options. You can edit or remove those filters. Sponsors receive aggregate placement and link-open counts, not your individual budget, guest names, dates, seating notes, or saved plans. A vendor receives your name, email, message, and optional budget only when you explicitly send an inquiry to that business. Creating an account does not enroll you in marketing email.
Businesses and advertising
Business profiles and published package prices are public. Business owners manage their own profiles, campaigns, and inquiry inboxes. Advertising checkout and billing management use Stripe when configured; card details are handled by the payment provider. Active subscriptions or pending checkout commitments must be resolved before deleting their associated account or business.
Listing activity, saved vendors, and reviews
We count listing views and website, email, phone, and social-link clicks as daily totals for each business. Repeat actions in the same browser session are counted once per day. These analytics records do not store IP addresses, visitor identities, or browsing histories. Business owners see totals and inquiry counts, not who viewed or saved a listing. Saved vendors are private to your account and can be removed. Reviews show your first name, rating, review text, and any business reply publicly after administrator approval. Email verification does not verify a booking. You can update or delete your review. Business owners can keep private notes and statuses on inquiries you send them.
Gift registries
Registries are private until you enable a guest share link. Anyone with that link can view the gift list; you can revoke it. Shared registries are excluded from search indexing. Reservation links let guests manage only their own reservations. Shopping takes place on retailer websites. Eligible links may earn this site a commission, disclosed beside the links. Clicking a retailer link does not confirm a purchase.
Guides and AI
Guides are AI-generated and include sources where applicable. The planning tools calculate results using application code. This version does not send your private tool inputs to an external AI service.
Choices
Change your location at any time in the header. Use the discard-draft control to clear entered tool work. Visit My plans to manage saved plans and account deletion. Avoid entering information you do not need for your plan.
